Reactive digital printing allows for highly detailed designs with defined lines and vibrant colours. This printing process allows any design to be faithfully reproduced on natural fibre fabrics such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, etc., creating extremely durable and wash-resistant prints.
The fabric is pre-treated and then the design is digitally printed using reactive inks. After printing, the fabric is placed in a steaming machine to ensure that the reactive inks bond deeply with the fabric’s fibres, creating a durable and long-lasting image.
